The approach

Every business has its own way of operating: different teams, processes, and challenges. Rather than applying the same solution to everyone, RivCor spends time understanding how a business works before deciding how technology can best support it.
That can mean making the public-facing website clearer, shaping a better journey for customers, or bringing recurring operational work into a more dependable system. The starting point is always the same: understand what needs to improve.
The person behind RivCor
A multidisciplinary route into technology.
Edgar's background combines business, communication, and technology. Before specialising in computing, he studied Business Management, Law, and Humanities through international programmes—experiences that shaped how he approaches problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
He later completed a degree in Computing and a Diploma in Cybersecurity, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Data Analytics. Professionally, he has spent more than two years as an IT System Administrator, supporting the systems people rely on across different departments.
That work reinforced an idea that continues to guide RivCor: successful technology is built around people, not the other way around.
