Website terms

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of rivcor.com, operated by Edgar Hernandez Mendoza, trading as RivCor, a digital development business based in Ireland. Questions about the website can be sent to hello@rivcor.com.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or misuse its forms, content, or services.

The website describes RivCor’s services and examples of its work. The information is general and does not, by itself, create a commitment to deliver a particular project, result, price, or timetable. A project begins only when its scope and commercial terms have been agreed in writing.

Content and examples

Unless a page says otherwise, RivCor or its licensors own the website’s text, branding, graphics, and design. You may view the content and share links to public pages. Do not republish substantial parts of the site or use RivCor branding without permission.

Some portfolio entries may be illustrative concepts rather than delivered client systems; those are labelled accordingly. Client names, marks, and project material remain subject to their owners’ rights.

External links

This website may link to third-party websites or services. They are operated independently, and RivCor does not control or guarantee their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing this website, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, RivCor is not responsible for loss caused solely by an event outside its reasonable control or by an independent third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, or restricts a right, where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or restriction. These website terms do not set the liability terms for paid client projects.

Separate terms for client projects

A paid design, development, integration, hosting, maintenance, or support engagement is governed by its written proposal and any separate terms agreed for that project. Those documents set the scope, fees, responsibilities, delivery and review process, ownership or licensing, project-specific providers, data protection roles, and support arrangements. Where RivCor processes personal data for a client, the parties will agree any required data-processing terms before that processing begins.

Law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ireland, subject to those protections. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
